Diese Reihe versammelt originelle philosophische Forschungsarbeiten, die aus einigen der jüngsten Projekte der European Academy of Legal Theory und ihres in Frankfurt ansässigen Masterstudiengangs in Rechtstheorie hervorgegangen sind. As global developments challenge traditional understandings of the place of law in human communities, a new generation of scholars is rethinking fundamental legal questions that demand creative answers. This series brings together original philosophical research arising from some of the most recent work of the European Academy of Legal Theory and its Frankfurt-based Master's programme in Legal Theory. The contributions draw on a range of disciplinary fields and focus on problems that transcend national boundaries and legal cultures.
