englischFranz-Ludwig Knemeyer is an outstanding scholar and university professor in the field of German administrative law, particularly in the areas of municipal law and police law. Since 1970, he has held a prominent position at the Law Faculty of the University of Würzburg, where he has lent support and helped to further the careers of many junior colleagues. As a token of gratitude, the faculty dedicates this anthology to him on his 80th birthday.
The range of topics included is correspondingly wide and diverse, including municipal law, police law, construction law and EU law. In addition, it covers criminal law, criminal procedure, as well as copyright law and property law.
