Die Schriftenreihe „Zukunftsfragen der Gesundheits- und Sozialwirtschaft“ greift daher wissenschaftlich fundiert und zugleich praxisorientiert die aktuellen und künftigen Fragestellungen für Politik und Management auf. In transdisziplinärer Tradition wird die Verknüpfung unterschiedlicher Wissenschaftsdisziplinen mit der Praxis vorangebracht und Impulse für zentrale Bereiche von Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft geliefert. Die Reihe richtet sich an Leitungskräfte aus Wohlfahrtsverbänden, Verwaltung und Politik sowie WissenschaftlerInnen und Studierende aus Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften, insbesondere des Nonprofit- und Sozialmanagements.
Our social economy and healthcare sector are currently facing complex organisational tasks due to the immense challenges posed by digitalisation, demographic change, migration and globalisation, among others. Therefore, the series of publications entitled ‘Zukunftsfragen der Gesundheits- und Sozialwirtschaft’ (Questions concerning the future of the Healthcare Sector and Social Economy) addresses current and future problems faced by politics and management bodies from both a theoretically sound and yet practical perspective. True to its transdisciplinary tradition, the series promotes allying various academic disciplines with their application in practice and provides impetus for key areas in the economy and civil society. This series will appeal to managers of welfare organisations and administrative bodies, and those from politics, plus researchers from and students of the social sciences and economics, in particular those studying non-profit and social management.
