The law will also have to reduce risks for decent living and working conditions as well as loss of rights and social security that may arise in transitional periods. In view of this, the book offers a comprehensive analysis of existing legal instruments in German Employment and Social Security Law. The authors reveal the potential of these instruments to be advanced as general models for legislation and develop modules for future regulation.
