englischNew social practices such as car-sharing or the installation of photovoltaic systems on house properties give rise to problems that were hardly conceivable when the German Civil Code was drafted and thus did not find any consideration. Now property law, with its inherent material, must find ways to deal with and solve these problems. For this task, the conference volume is intended primarily as a stimulus and deals in five contributions with various issues in this area, in which possible approaches are presented in detail.

Durch neue gesellschaftliche Praktiken wie Car-Sharing oder den Einbau von Photovoltaikanlagen auf Hausgrundstücken entstehen Probleme, die bei Entwurf des BGB kaum vorstellbar waren und somit keine Beachtung fanden. Nun muss das Sachenrecht mit dem ihm innewohnenden Material Wege finden, mit diesen Problemen umzugehen und sie zu lösen. Für diese Aufgabe soll der Tagungsband vor allem als Anregung dienen und behandelt in fünf Beiträgen verschiedene Fragestellungen in diesem Bereich, in denen mögliche Herangehensweisen detailliert dargestellt werden.
