englischThe study is dedicated to an interdisciplinary field of research of high topicality and relevance at the intersection of international law, European law, criminology and security policy: the fight against cybercrime. According to the author, cybercrime must be understood as a dynamic and hybrid field of crime. In addition to Directive 2013/40/EU on attacks against information systems, the measures to combat child pornography and cyber-grooming, fraud involving virtual currency, cyber-laundering, and terrorist propaganda on the Internet are also examined. Also, the author urgently calls for a clear division of responsibilities in the fight against cyber terrorism.
