englischWith its e-Government Act of 2015, the state of Baden-Württemberg created the legal basis for the promotion of electronic administration in the authorities of the state, local authorities and other legal entities under public law. The Act requires an evaluation within five years of its entry into force. This evaluation focuses on the effects of the Act’s legal obligations, experiences with the organisational structure created by the e-Government Act in Baden-Württemberg, and the experiences of the German federal and state governments with their respective e-Government acts.
