englischSuccessful managers often use the term ‘experimentation’ when they talk about innovative or versatile processes. However, there is no corresponding concept in organisational theory which exploits the full potential of the experimental logic of progress. The central idea of this book is therefore to ‘learn about learning’ from the most productive role model in scientific empiricism: the author designs a radically experimental concept of organisational development which is aimed at scientists, lecturers and practitioners. As a result, an iterative process of ‘intervention and recognition’ emerges which enables organisations to remain capable of acting in the face of a complex environment. Organisational learning and active organisational development are inseparably integrated into this process. To achieve this, the author uses a qualitative, experimental approach.
