In the field of digitization, the Internet of Things, Security on the Internet and, last but not least, networking of the world of work are primarily on focus. Under the diverse challenges of internationalization Compliance and contract drafting are discussed. With regard to family governance, it is primarily a matter of conflicts arising from the encounter of family and business governance, especially with regard to the succession, the appointment of members of the board and the maintenance of the necessary confidentiality. In addition, the importance of the honorable businessman is presented in this context.
Der Band befasst sich mit der Digitalisierung, der Internationalisierung und der Family Governance als aktuellen Herausforderungen für Familienunternehmen.
Im Bereich der Digitalisierung werden vor allem das Internet der Dinge, die Sicherheit im Netz und die digitale Vernetzung der Arbeitswelt durchleuchtet. Unter den vielfältigen Herausforderungen der Internationalisierung werden die Compliance und die Vertragsgestaltung erörtert. Im Hinblick auf die Family Governance geht es vor allem um Konflikte aus dem Zusammentreffen von Family und Business Governance, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Nachfolge, die Gremienbesetzung und die Wahrung der notwendigen Vertraulichkeit. Daneben wird die Bedeutung des ehrbaren Kaufmanns in diesem Kontext dargestellt.
