englischThis conference transcript contains the presentations held at the 28th annual conference of the ‘Gesellschaft Junger Zivilrechtswissenschaftler e.V.’ (Association of Young Scholars of Civil Law), which took place in Innsbruck between 6–9th September 2017. Based on the general topic of ‘The Intradisciplinarity and Interdisciplinarity of Private Law’, the conference brought together young researchers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, who dedicated their contributions to the complex relationship between law and private law in particular, and subjects such as the economy, empirical research and psychology. The contributions shed light on general methodological questions as well as specific exemplary challenges.
