englischWhich criteria must arguments against local wind farms fulfil to be recognised as plausible in the context of climate change? This study focuses on two objectives: First, the peculiarities of these arguments are elaborated in contrast to the general justification of the energy transition, which is widely accepted in Germany. Second, in the course of the study, it becomes clear that the question above cannot be adequately answered by each of the selected approaches to discourse and argumentation analysis alone. Therefore, the study combines the selected perspectives to conduct a critical transdisciplinary analysis of local energy discourses.
