The focus here is on current challenges posed by both EU integration and processes of functional differentiation in global society.

Neben den theoretischen Grundlagen des hier entworfenen sozialwissenschaftlichen Kontextualismus werden vor allem auch unterschiedliche Anwendungsfelder im Schnittbereich zwischen Politik und Recht erschlossen.
