At the same time, his profound analysis provides a competent introduction on how the Internet functions for political scientists. Felix Francke conducts research on the area at which the Internet and society intersect and develops potential ideas for digitisation in the field of civic responsibility at ‘Stiftung Zukunft’ in Berlin.
Felix Francke untersucht das kontrovers diskutierte Thema Netzneutralität von den technischen Grundlagen bis zur Messung von Eingriffen und entwickelt so ein abgestuftes Baukastensystem zur trennscharfen Absicherung des offenen Internets.
