His book could be of great interest not only to entrepreneurs but also to politicians who deal with issues of public procurement law. This is because, on the one hand, the Chinese market provides German companies with tremendous commercial opportunities, and on the other hand, Chinese companies have acted as tenderers in the German public procurement procedures for some time. Furthermore, requirements for the reform of the Chinese legal protection system in the field of public procurement are identified and reform proposals are specified. They are pragmatically oriented and are designed to be taken into account by the Chinese legislator.
Der Autor widmet sich mit dem „Rechtsschutz“ einem Thema, das bei der Entwicklung von Vergaberechtssystemen weltweit eine Schlüsselrolle einnimmt. Die Untersuchung dürfte insbesondere in der unternehmerischen Praxis, aber auch auf den mit vergaberechtlichen Fragestellungen befassten politischen Ebenen, auf großes Interesse stoßen, da einerseits der chinesische Markt für deutsche Unternehmen enorme Betätigungschancen eröffnet und andererseits chinesische Unternehmen schon seit einiger Zeit als Bieter in deutschen Vergabeverfahren agieren.
