It deals with the subject, if and how union citizens should be included in the German social security system. The work deals with the relevant International law, European law and German law. There is also a very concrete analyses of the pertinent rulings of the European Court of Justice and the German national courts. The work suggests its own solution concept and gives a concrete answer by the end of every chapter.
