englischIndustry 4.0 involves various risks in the area of data security and data protection. In order to identify and analyse these, the various appearances of cybercrime were first examined, with particular reference to the common methods of hacking and the European, German and Chinese regulations for controlling this type of crime. Gaps in the law and the need for legal action are identified and own proposals for their solution are developed. In addition, the main provisions and innovations of the DS-GVO compared to the old version of the BDSG are presented. Finally, the problems of the social credit system in China with regard to Big Data are highlighted.
