Bürokratiefilter für den Gesetzgeber

Reducing bureaucracy has been a recurring topic on the political agenda in coalition agreements for decades. Despite numerous efforts, however, the National Regulatory Control Council also notes in 2024 that the burdens have continued to increase. It also points out that, with the reporting obligations on supply chains, a law is due for implementation that historically generates the highest bureaucratic burdens. In order to bring about change here, a more fundamental approach is therefore required. The study develops a concept that identifies the causes of unnecessary bureaucratic burdens, from the new mindset to the instruments at all levels, and identifies instruments and procedures for avoiding them. The whole thing is referred to as a bureaucracy filter.
