The author explores the principles of the narrative world of the Nobel Prize winner and at the same time presents him from the inside out. By exposing the narrative conveyance of codes of existence anchored in the autobiographical, she illustrates that Handke conveys the message of another potential possibility of existence, which is based on freedom, the opening of consciousness, fantasy, and authenticity.
Andjelka Krstanović teaches German literature at the University of Banja Luka. She has already published several essays on Peter Handke, which have now been collected and supplemented for the first time.
Andjelka Krstanović zeigt die Entstehung und Etablierung einer neuen deutschen Literatursprache während der ersten zwei Jahrzehnte von Peter Handkes künstlerischem Schaffen auf, die durch die Konstituierung eines konkreten narrativen Gerüsts in Form und Inhalt für sein Gesamtwerk prägend blieb. Die Autorin erkundet die Grundsätze der Erzählwelt des Nobelpreisträgers und stellt ihn zugleich von innen heraus dar. Indem sie die im Autobiografischen verankerte erzählerische Vermittlung von Existenzcodes aufdeckt, verdeutlicht sie, dass Handke die Botschaft einer anderen potenziellen Möglichkeit des Daseins vermittelt, welche auf Freiheit, Bewusstseinsöffnung, Fantasie und Authentizität fußt.
Andjelka Krstanović lehrt an der Universität Banja Luka Germanistik. Sie hat bereits mehrere Aufsätze zu Peter Handke publiziert, die nun erstmals gesammelt und ergänzt vorliegen.
