Among the authors of St. Pe-tersburg Annual – 2013 one can find the names of scholars from St. Petersburg, as well as Moscow, Ufa and other cities, including foreign ones. St. Petersburg An-nual has received support and scientific guidance from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and its Center for Asian and African Studies (St. Petersburg) in particular.
