Die Herausgeber
Prof. Dr. Christoph Busch, Maître en Droit, ist Professor für Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Osnabrück und Visiting Fellow am Yale Law School Information Society Project. Er ist Co-Vorsitzender der Digital Law-Group des European Law Institute, Mitherausgeber des Journal of European Consumer and Market Law (EuCML) und Mitglied der Expertengruppe des Observatory on the Online Platform Economy der Europäischen Kommission. Seine Forschung konzentriert sich auf digitale Plattformen und algorithmische Regulierung.
Prof. Dr. Alberto De Franceschi ist außerordentlicher Professor für Privatrecht und geistiges Eigentum an der Universität von Ferrara (Italien). Er ist Co-Vorsitzender der Digital Law-Group des European Law Institute, Mitherausgeber des Journal of European Consumer and Market Law (EuCML) und des Italian Law Journal. Seine Forschung konzentriert sich auf Fragen der Bereitstellung von digitalen Inhalten und digitalen Diensten, Datenschutzbestimmungen, Online-Plattformen sowie auf die Harmonisierung des Europäischen Wirtschaftsrechts. Er war als Berater des italienischen Justizministeriums im Rahmen der europäischen Strategie für den digitalen Binnenmarkt tätig.
