In addition, services are becoming more relevant. The digital revolution is not only enabling new models of organisation but also new business models, which may lead to new concepts of leadership. The introduction of new technologies has to consider developments in society, like demographic changes, which should lead to work being designed accordingly. In addition, the potential consequences of this for the labour market and society as a whole have to be discussed.
Arbeit und Organisation im digitalen Wandel beschreibt eine mögliche Zukunft der Arbeitswelt. Dabei stehen verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Digitalisierung in den Funktionen bzw. den Prozessen sowie der Organisation als Ganzes im Mittelpunkt.
