Auf der 14. Tagung der Deutschen Landesgruppe der International Nuclear Law Association (INLA) in Nürnberg im September 2015 referierten namhafte Experten des In- und Auslandes über aktuelle Entwicklungen des deutschen und internationalen Atomrechts. Das erste der fünf Kapitel behandelt Vertragsstrukturen im Nuklearbereich, vor allem die sog. Turnkey Contracts. Anschließend geht es um ebenso aktuelle wie hochrelevante Entwicklungen im Rechtsschutz, sowohl im Umweltrecht als auch vor ICSID-Schiedsgerichten. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die Frage der Entsorgung in Deutschland und in anderen Ländern. Aktuelle Themen der Nuklearhaftung werden ebenso erörtert wie schließlich Fragen der Regulierung der Sicherheit in der EU und im Völkerrecht. Die Beiträge sind teils auf Deutsch, teils auf Englisch verfaßt. Als breitgefächerter und spannender Überblick über gegenwärtige Tendenzen des Atomrechts dürfte der Band konkurrenzlos dastehen.
