englischThis volume documents the papers presented at the first joint conference of the Universities of Innsbruck, Padua and Trento on the impact of the Covid pandemic on the law. The contributions shed light on the challenges faced by the law worldwide in a wide variety of areas. Central topics include emergency measures, the restriction of fundamental rights, the precautionary principle, contingency plans, questions of competence, state aid law, digital justice, the renegotiation of contracts and the dematerialisation of the workplace with all its consequences in the context of the pandemic and beyond. The analysis illustrates how Covid-19 has had a lasting impact on the law as a whole and how future adjustments will be necessary to be better prepared for similar crises.

Der Band dokumentiert die Referate der ersten gemeinsamen Tagung der Universitäten Innsbruck, Padua und Trient zu den Auswirkungen der Covid-Pandemie auf das Recht. Die Beiträge beleuchten die Herausforderungen, denen das Recht weltweit in den verschiedensten Bereichen ausgesetzt war. Zentrale Themen sind dabei Notstandsmaßnahmen, Einschränkung von Grundrechten, Vorsorgegrundsatz, Notstandspläne, Kompetenzfragen, Beihilfenrecht, digitale Justiz, Neuverhandlung von Verträgen sowie die Entmaterialisierung des Arbeitsplatzes mit all ihren Folgen im Kontext der Pandemie und darüber hinaus. Die Analyse verdeutlicht, wie Covid-19 auf das Recht als Gesamtgefüge nachhaltig eingewirkt hat und somit zukünftige Anpassungen erforderlich sein werden, um auf ähnliche Krisen besser vorbereitet zu sein.
