englischThe german Civil Law Code stands in for a tight concept of things, which however has less entry for a plausible doctrine of objects, which should be takeble from a Civil Law Code. Unclear phrases in the wording of the law intensify the problem.

The background for the concrete version of the german Civil Law Code are doctrines of the Pandectistic Science and the Historical School of Law, who both are explainable out of Immanuel Kant´s Philosophy, not out of the Roman Law, which they invoked.

The book analyses the german Civil Code just as well as the main writings of the Pandectistic Science and proves them on the ancient, medieval and the modern Roman-Common Law. In the end it makes a proposal for an new systematization of the doctrine of objects in Civil Law.
