Besonderes Gewicht wird dabei auf die Darstellung der Funktions- und Wirkungsweise der für die Schweiz typischen Institutionen wie die direktdemokratischen Volksrechte, die breit abgestützte Konkordanzregierung und die vielfältigen föderativen Institutionen gelegt.
