It is an academic study which, through its inclusion of practical examples, will appeal to courts, lawyers and all those involved in applying the law in this respect. It focuses on anti-discrimination law, analysing among other issues the concept of the external image of employees and its subsumption under the legal definition of what constitutes discrimination.
