englischThe study focuses on the comparison of the figure of the organizational perpetrator, developed in German criminal law, to whom indirect perpetratorship is ascribed due to organizational authority, and the figure of the organizer, that is established by the Georgian criminal law and whose responsibility is justified by its

particular dangerousness to the society. It is considered as the most dangerous form of participation, that is described as offender-like and similar to the responsibility of an organizational perpetrator.

Ultimately, the study supports the dogmatic justification of the organizational perpetrator and criticizes the figure of the organizer as an artificially created political instrument, that lacks a dogmatic basis and should therefore be abolished as a form of participation.
