englischThe entire functional self-administration, in particular the skilled crafts organization, relies on the commitment of volunteers. In practice, however, there is sometimes a need for clarification regarding the rights and obligations of volunteers. The study examines this issue and includes the practical perspective. The work is based on municipal and administrative procedural law and includes references to civil law. It provides answers to fundamental questions about the relationship between volunteers and full-time officials.
Die gesamte funktionale Selbstverwaltung, insbesondere die Handwerksorganisation, setzt auf das Engagement von ehrenamtlich Tätigen. In der Praxis besteht jedoch zum Teil Klärungsbedarf hinsichtlich der Rechte und Pflichten der ehrenamtlich Tätigen. Die Untersuchung geht dieser Fragestellung nach und bezieht dabei die Perspektive der Praxis mit ein. Die Arbeit orientiert sich am Kommunal- und Verwaltungsverfahrensrecht und weist zivilrechtliche Bezüge auf. Sie bietet sowohl für ehrenamtlich Tätige als auch für das Hauptamt Antworten auf grundlegende Fragen zur Beziehung zueinander.
