englischFor a considerable time, economical criminal law is growing in intensity and quality. This is supported by legislature and criminal prosecuting authorities, motivated by the idea to render something to the control of the economy. That such activities may turn out to the contrary is documented by the length of procedures, which in the end have almost nothing in common with the actual economical problems. Consequently many procedures are being closed and it may be resumed that even the allegation of a suspicion serves an important task, although it is finally not confirmed. This is economically nonsense und legally not allowed; the criminal process law does not have a suspicion penalty. This collection of papers intends to show how it may be possible to react by interdiciplinary and general perspectives to this and thereby continues the way taken in the first two editions.
