englischCan the model of risk classes find its way into general criminal law? For many years, criminal law scholars have debated concepts such as "danger" or "risk". More recently, these concepts have often been framed in terms of risk classes, which are associated with different behavioral requirements. Before this work addresses the above question by means of an own proposal, the meaning of danger and risk in criminal law and the traditional use of these terms are presented. In order to do justice to the dogmatics of danger and risk as a cross-sectional task, relevant discussions in public and civil law and perspectives from sociology are included.
