englischIt is the result of a large number of individual decisions that determines whether climate targets are met. A climate impact assessment can bridge the gap from reduction targets to the project level. Anne Kling undertakes the elaboration of the requirements resulting from the environmental impact assessment and the Federal Climate Protection Act (KSG) in the context of project approval and their enforceability in court. The contouring of the duty to consider the climate impacts under § 13 KSG represents a pioneering work, whose relevance for the approval practice is strengthened with the result of a normative weighting requirement found in the light of the climate decision.
