englischIn order to counteract low public refinancing from social work, politically intended competition (among both welfare associations themselves and non-regulated businesses) and service plurality, many diaconal services use temporary corporate employment tools. This established practice is perceived differently by social interest groups and is quite controversial.

This dissertation therefore examines what steps should be taken by the deaconry to justify the sole legal use of temporary corporate employment to those interest groups. On this basis, a value-oriented (and ideal) concept for temporary corporate employment is developed, in which relevant criteria, core building blocks, tools and measures are included.
