The hermeneutical and praxeological analysis is 1) an explication of the fundamental anthropological and ethical semantics against the background of konstitutional legal regime and have to give 2) careful attention to the awareness as mindfullness to the culture of socal practices of such innovative transformation of social reality. Examples to illustrate the logic if explication are a) taken from the field of the dynamics of housing development in the context of including ageing policy and b) from the field of the non-discriminatory diversity policy of public universities.
Wann ist eine Innovation innovativ? Die kapitalismuskritische Antwortsuche erfolgt aus der Sicht Kritischer Theorie der Gesellschaft und kritischer Geschichtsphilosophie des Noch-Nicht und konstruiert eine humangerechte Semantik der prädikativ-normativen Skalierung auf der Grundlage der Naturrechtslehre der personalen Würde und ihrer Wertethischen Dimensionen und auf der Grundlage einer Hermeneutik der systemischen Prozessachtsamkeit der Implementation von innovativen Innovationen. Zwei Handlungsfelder werden exemplarisch aufgegriffen: das Thema der innovativen Differenzierung der Wohnformen im Alter im Sozialraum sowie die Problematik des Kulturwandels der Universität der non-diskriminierenden Sprache und des Sprechens.
