englischHigh expectations are associated with 'artificial intelligence'. This is due to the fact that it does not appear as a limited technology but penetrates all areas of social and operational activity (science, business, production, technology, administration, education, etc.) or achieves catalysing effects there. To the extent that it takes on generative and directive functions, the question will be what it can be expected to achieve in terms of intelligence and responsibility. In other words, the overall project must be examined to determine whether and to what extent the highly developed programmes approach the meaningful dimensions of human thought and action and to what extent they differ. Considerations of this kind lead to philosophical questions, such as how human mental operations claim meaningful content for themselves and from which forms of embedding spirit, consciousness and meaning arise.
