englischThe successful implementation of science shop projects with a participatory claim requires the balancing of fields of tension in the context of power and relationship constellations as well as (innovation) networks. Based on this thesis, the present study derives central fields of tension (regulation versus openness, short-termism versus sustainability, instrumentalization versus reciprocity, cooperation versus competition) theoretically and examines them using the example of the research projects of a university-based social work science store. On this basis, we formulate recommendations for action in the field of tension mediation.
Die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Wissenschaftsladenprojekten mit partizipativem Anspruch erfordert die Balancierung von Spannungsfeldern sowohl im Kontext von Macht- und Beziehungskonstellationen als auch von (Innovations-)Netzwerken. Ausgehend von dieser These leitet die vorliegende Studie zentrale Spannungsfelder (Regelung versus Offenheit, Kurfristigkeit versus Nachhaltigkeit, Instrumentalisierung versus Reziprozität, Kooperation versus Konkurrenz) theoretisch her und untersucht sie am Beispiel der Forschungsprojekte eines hochschulbezogenen Wissenschaftsladens Sozialer Arbeit. Auf dieser Grundlage werden Handlungsempfehlungen zur Spannungsfeldmediation formuliert.
