englischRefugees are considered one of the most vulnerable groups in society. Accordingly, their accommodation situation is extremely precarious and, with regard to central aspects, characterized by alienation, exclusion and a lack of opportunities for participation. The anthology deals with the different accommodation contexts and realities of different groups of refugees with special protection needs in Germany, the related structures, practices and experiences of inclusion, exclusion and participation and classifies the accommodation system in terms of social theory.
