englischKahneman, Gigerenzer, Sunstein and Thaler have caused a sensation with their research on decision-making in economics. Mansdörfer transfers these findings to white-collar criminal law and makes them fruitful for the determination of intentional behaviour. To this end, different decision-making situations are elaborated and a differentiated system of evidence for and against the intentional violation of a criminally protected good is developed. With its discussion of case law and the prevailing theory of intent, the work stands on its own, but also complements considerations published in 2011 in the book "Zur Theorie des Wirtschaftsstrafrechts".
