englischIn April 2023, the 5th ‘Dialog Internationales Familienrecht’ was held in Münster. Under the overarching title of ‚Precaution and Responsibility in International Family Law‘, representatives from academia and practice dealt with current issues of international family law and family procedure law. The main focus was on international maintenance law and international adult protection. This volume brings together the papers presented at the conference. Among the topics covered are problems of maintenance law, the drafting of marriage contracts, the hearing of children, the protection of adults and questions of parentage law. The volume is rounded off by an overview of the ECJ's case law on international family law.

Im April 2023 wurde in Münster der 5. Dialog Internationales Familienrecht veranstaltet. Unter dem Generalthema „Vorsorge und Verantwortung im Internationalen Familienrecht“ haben sich Vertreter aus Wissenschaft und Praxis mit aktuellen Fragestellungen des internationalen Familien- und Familienverfahrensrechts befasst. Die Schwerpunkte bildeten das internationale Unterhaltsrecht sowie der internationale Erwachsenenschutz. Der vorliegende Band versammelt die auf der Tagung gehaltenen Referate. Thematisiert werden u.a. unterhaltsrechtliche Problemstellungen, die Gestaltung von Eheverträgen, die Kindesanhörung, der Erwachsenenschutz sowie Fragen des Abstammungsrechts. Abgerundet wird der Band durch einen Überblick über die Rechtsprechung des EuGH zum internationalen Familienrecht.
