englisch"Global History as Networking History - History Teaching in a Multi-level System" takes up the historiographical discussions around the newly conceived world history of the last decades in order to discuss them in the present presentation in the light of a global history. The focus is on theoretical discussions as well as questions of mediation, but also of historical learning itself, resulting in a coupling between existing models of history didactics and their further development against the background of domain-specific competence orientation. In addition to theoretical discussions, methodological approaches for teaching are presented. Global learning will be considered as a relevant reference as well as the critical handling of historical-cultural products. Christoph Kühberger, Dr. phil. habil., private lecturer for modern and contemporary history and its didactics at the Institute of History at the University of Hildesheim, currently vice rector for social and societal sciences at the Salzburg University of Teacher Education and head of the Central Office for History Didactics and Political Education at the Department of History at the University of Salzburg.
