englischIn order to counteract the increasing numbers of emergency calls and the growing shortage of doctors in the rescue service, an increasing number of attempts are being made to establish tele-emergency doctoring systems. Such a system was tested in a pilot project of the Straubing rescue service area, while the effects on job satisfaction and the workload of the rescue service personnel were examined. Also taken into account were the effect on the perceived patient care and cooperation with the tele-emergency doctor. The results are presented in this dissertation.
