Among other things, his article focuses on the competence framework and the status of Austrian anaesthesia care, as well as the importance of evidence-based, internationally comparable training models. His future-oriented solutions are not only relevant for anaesthesia care, but are also transferable to other areas of health care and nursing.The process of professionalising health care and nursing in Austria has always been regressive.
Der Professionalisierungsprozess der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege in Österreich weist seit jeher einen regressiven Charakter auf.
Der Autor, Csaba Némedi, der auf eine langjährige Tätigkeit in der operativen Anästhesiepflege zurückblicken kann, thematisiert die notwendige Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung des international heterogenen Berufsfeldes. Im Fokus seiner Abhandlung stehen dabei u.a. der Kompetenzrahmen und Stellenwert der österreichischen Anästhesiepflege sowie die Bedeutung evidenzbasierter, international vergleichbarer Ausbildungsmodelle. Seine zukunftsorientierten Lösungsansätze sind nicht nur für die Anästhesiepflege relevant, sondern lassen sich auch auf andere Bereiche der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege übertragen.
