englischDigital transformation particularly affects banks. Their business processes have been largely digitized for several years, which is a significant factor for process agility and ensuring entrepreneurial capability. In the public sector, despite the pandemic-driven surge in digitalization, things look quite different in many places. The author’s study examines the impact of E-Government offerings on the attractiveness of German banks' locations and analyzes which digital public services are of particular importance to them. The results underscore the need for action from the perspective of German banks and provide valuable rec-ommendations for decision-makers in politics and public administration.
