englischExclusion is an unwieldy topic which, charged with morality, has so far eluded a clear systems-theoretical view. This is surprising, because systems theory claims to observe everything.
In this work it becomes clear that systems theory has all the tools and observation instruments at hand. What has been missed so far is the application of these tools and a non-normative observation of communication about exclusion. The model of an exclusion presented here represents an attempt to capture exclusion in all its potentiality. It takes into account the mental system, communication and morality - and thus also the human being.
Exklusion ist ein sperriges Thema, welches sich, aufgeladen mit Moral, bisher einer klaren systemtheoretischen Sicht entzieht. Das ist verwunderlich, denn die Systemtheorie hat den Anspruch, alles zu beobachten.
In dieser Arbeit wird deutlich, dass die Systemtheorie sämtliche Werkzeuge und Beobachtungsinstrumente bereithält. Was bisher versäumt wurde, ist die Anwendung dieser Instrumente und eine wertfreie Beobachtung der Kommunikation über Exklusion. Das hier vorgestellte Modell einer Exklusion stellt den Versuch dar, Exklusion in all ihrer Potentialität zu erfassen. Es berücksichtigt das psychische System, die Kommunikation und die Moral — und damit auch den Menschen.
