englischIn this book, a comparison is made between research and reality with regard to the inclusion and utilisation of diversity in the company. Specifically, the role and possible application of coaching within diversity management in a multi-, inter- and transcultural context is examined. This is achieved by means of literature research and the empirical evaluation of guideline-based expert interviews. Among other things, it can be confirmed that coaching is considered enormously important for leadership development and as a reaction to change. The cultural understanding and the cultural reflexivity of those involved in the process determine the type of coaching. Culture does not determine the methodology, but the context.
