Specifically, the role and possible application of coaching within diversity management in a multi-, inter- and transcultural context is examined. This is achieved by means of literature research and the empirical evaluation of guideline-based expert interviews. Among other things, it can be confirmed that coaching is considered enormously important for leadership development and as a reaction to change. The cultural understanding and the cultural reflexivity of those involved in the process determine the type of coaching. Culture does not determine the methodology, but the context.
