englischThe dissertation examines questions concerning the production and modification of copyright protected works in the context of (virtual) space. This covers copyright protection and co-authorship of genuine and subsequently converted („3D-“)Films. Converting films subsequently into 3D also raises problems concerning the author’s moral right. Complementary to the 3D-film, copyright protection of genuine and subsequently converted stereoscopic photographies are examined. Furthermore, the dissertation addresses copyright questions concerning 5D-cinema shows.

Finally, the author enters copyright problems concerning 3D-print and -scan, particularly copyright protection of genuine 3D-Models and of 3D-Models and -scans using works of others as well as questions of reproductions for private use. The technical basics of the examined procedures are instructively illustrated for the reader in the particular context.
