englischThe large influx of refugees in recent years has presented labour market policy in Germany with unprecedented challenges. On the basis of 16 local case studies, this work examines which strategies employment agencies and job centres have developed in employment promotion and what experience they have gained in implementing labour market policy on the local level. For this purpose, this book examines the entire spectrum of labour promotion measures and analyses the work of public employment services in local networks. Based on the results, conclusions are drawn for the further development of labour market policy for refugees.
