Based on the transformation of the working environment caused by digitalization, this dissertation will examine options in the individual employment law as well as in the work constitution law. In addition, the justification of the basis of claim is as well addressed as the content of the claims. The financial issues regarding further education were also discussed in particular. The question about reasonableness of further education, as it is always a matter of the individual case. As a result, a mode of consideration is presented. In addition cross-refences to the collectively agreed further education are also taken in.
