englischThe term "danger" plays an important role in many disciplines. The expression "risk" is also frequently used. In jurisprudence, the concept of danger plays a major role for example in the fields of criminal and police law, but also in medical and social law as well as in the fundamental legal debate. In this volume, the concepts of "danger" and "risk" get clarified in an interdisciplinary perspective and their applications in different contexts get discussed. It is the product of a conference held in Baden-Baden in summer 2019. Besides representatives of jurisprudence, authors from related disciplines, up to information technology, were also involved.
