englischThe study focusses on the tension between police public relations in social media and the freedom of assembly. For this purpose, legal observations are linked with theoretical questions of constitutional law and legal solutions are offered. Leading criterion for the discussion are potential encroachments on fundamental rights and the associated requirements for the reservation of the law. Existing norms in law are analysed with regard to their applicability as standards of competence. Finally, the constitutional requirements for the design of this information activity are considered, whereby the cooperation requirement under assembly law is unfolded in the digital sphere of discourse.
