25 Jahre Brunswick European Law School

The commemorative publication seeks to celebrate the interdisciplinary history of the institution with contributions from professors, lecturers, colleagues and friends of the faculty. The contributions often take an interdisciplinary approach. They provide a wide range of doctrinal, methodological, historical and empirical topics in law, economics and social sciences. Therefore they are reflecting the wide scope of the research profile and the degree programs of the faculty. They mark the connection between legal theory, practical legal orientation, and application-oriented economic analysis.
